Cancellations

Our cancellation policy ensures that our therapists' time is respected, allowing us to accommodate all clients effectively. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. This policy applies to no-shows as well. We understand emergencies arise, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. However, we kindly ask clients to honor their appointments or provide ample notice to reschedule. Your cooperation allows us to serve you and others with the utmost care and dedication.
